Well this is my opinion, if it counts, I guess they shouldn't have issued the policy until you notified them the document was filed. I don't file everything the same day and neither does anyone here. It can't possibly be done all the time especially when you don't receive it until a certain time in the day and you couldn't possibly make it to that particular courthouse.
