Ellen, that is a fabulous idea.  The more involvment NALTEA gets with the state associations the better.  Their support will be vital in the coming years.  I highly recommend everyone doing just that.  I know that Virginia is on board with us.  The chair of their education committee is a personal friend of mine and she has been keeping up with all we are doing.
