Danielle, like your idea.   There are clients who are "slow" payers and non-payers (as seen on this board) but others have had no problem with.    I think a contact list for companies--acct's pyble--would be helpful.  I have spent a lot of time tracking down the right person in the few companies I 've had a problem w/,  in order to get paid or get paid correctly.  (Seems in the last month, getting paid correctly is a problem, w/these autopay nat'l cos).  Anyway, you're not putting them on the "poop" list.  And if a company  is not listed on SOT, or if they are & one is hesitant to give them a bad review ,  think that a contact list would be very helpful.  Then each individual abstractor/company  could deal w/them on their own a little easier.    I'd welcome something like that!
