Yes but what I was suggesting is that there be proof.  Share the bill, how often you contacted them, did you send certified mail, have they made any responses.  How behind in payments are they, have they made any attemp to send any payment.....
Just something to share among each other and not broadcast it.  Privately email each other about a particular client instead of annoncing it here on the boards.  And if they are really bad, ok list em, like many did with TitleSearch USA.  I didn't respond to that one because they pay us.  They are only due for March right now and we haven't even billed out March yet.

And thanks Kevin, I will check out the directory here for an attorney.  Can't hurt.  Some money is better than no money after paying attorney fees.
