There used to be one. I have a copy of it from 2 years ago.  But some clients that were on it are others hot list clients.  There was no way to verify the problems and I think it caused too much liability.
I think if someone would keep up with one, like we did the hot list, and take the time to verify it, it might be ok but it CAN NOT be endorsed  by SOT.  It would have to be kept under wraps and not publicly displayed.
Though I may have just opened a can of worms here.
