I wonder how REIData and other companies are going to deal with the onslaught of class action suits that are developing even now. It is happening in Alaska against the state and elsewhere against Choicepoint, other companies and counties.

The one in Alaska is particular interesting as it is filed against the state on behalf of all the registered nurses. There are no social security numbers involved, no driver's licence numbers and no dates of birth or financial information. Just the nurses name and home address. But Alaska exceeded their jurisdictional authority when they published this over the World Wide Webb and will likely pay a heavy price.
