You just gave me a good laugh - thank you I needed that.  But Shannon I just raised mine - lol - maybe that is why!  Actually I raised a couple of other services other than title - haven't gotten to that yet but I do think it is ridiculous that we are making what we made in 1999 - I guess by the time you started your business some had gone down and that is when you got your pricing.  I have not raised mine in 6 years and that is ridiculous - worse thing about all of this - a man I know that has been in business for 20 years says our fees are lower than when he started!  All I know is that with all the costs it's not working.  I guess it is pretty obvious we are all starting to raise them.  I actually asked mine on the phone before I did it and they were fine with my increase - but they have remained with me for all these years too - even through brain dead days - lol - ever have any of those?  I think they know gas is killing all of us to say the very least of what we are up against lately - it is something they can relate to because it is affecting everyone somewhat but the thought of having to pay to drive all day long makes them cringe - but not as much as the rest of us!
