Hi Kevin! Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, I most likely did not setup the directory correct. Plus, I need to pay the $199.00 to Robert to be listed nationally. Actually, FDI (Financial Dimensions Inc.) conducts business in all 50 states in the areas of credit reporting, appraisals, document retrieval, public records and property reports, flood certifications, government insuring, investor delivery, and recording services. My division is title and appraisal services. I apologize if I confused anyone. For title, we currently are licensed in 21 states (that means we have our physical title insurance licenses in those states). Other states such as title plant states, we will be entering in either a co-op or work charge program. Indeed we do have clients waiting for our business in these states as well. I have been waiting for a month for our certificate of good standing (certified copies of charter docs) in order to receive our licenses as most states require these when applying for foreign incorporation. Once received, we'll be licensed in 37 and co-op 9. My job is to lay the groundwork and register FDI for foreign representation as well as obtain our licenses for title, all while marketing our products. Hope I didn't mislead anyone!
