Thank you for your wisdom Adrienne. I myself am archaic as well. Most are when it comes to this industry. There are many great things that come with a web based system, one being that all parties involved in the transaction can view their file including the borrowers. I really feel the only downfall is the housing of the data. Just wait until everyone goes to E-Signing in the next 10 years. Oh boy what a treat!!!!
