I have actually used First Americans Streamline program.  Although the "web base" direction is a great one, I found that it was almost like working with SC.  there just seamed to be more screens than needed and at times almost repetetive.  That is just my opinion.  The one softward that I personally like is the SoftPro which is also a web based program.  The thing I liked about them is you have the ability to purchase only the options your company uses, or the whole package, and it didn't seem as repetetive.  Unfortunately I wasn't able to use their system first hand, only through demo.
