J, and to all the rest. I understand your frustration but please keep in mind the turnover in our industry. Many of the people you all are speaking about are only hired to manage vendors and have basically no experience in this or any field for that matter. They are only seen as warm bodies and that at times is sad. Me seeing that at some of the nation's largest companies frustrates me, especially when they "act down" to their vendors and do not know what the daily work entails. My company, FDI does provide training to our vendor relations area reps that includes a day trip to the courthouse. Rest assured, when you complete work on our behalf, you will always be treated with respect and will notice the level of feasibility of all of our requests.
