My policy is to never to mention the name of a business in a negative fashion on a public forum and it has nothing to do with liability. I still would like an answer to my above question... "I have a question for those people concerned about liability...  what is the difference between "rating" a company on SOT and keeping a list of bad companies?" Kevin is there a difference?
