90% of the counties I search have the same  program available online as the one sitting on the employees desk at the register of deeds.  Whether you like it or not this technology is not going away.   I am not saying whether this is right or wrong as to placing this info online.  However, to me, you sound as if you are uable to understand the benefits of todays technology or afraid of change.

Of course my area may be different than Texas, NC, NY, ect.  But after reading all these posts this is how you guys sound.  I realize your competitors may be utilizing a different resource than you but isn't the accuracy and reliablilty in your searching knowledge what your company is based on?  And knowing how to treat the customer? 

What I want from my NALTEA  and SOT membership is to make the benefits of using an experienced examiner known to those in the industry who use our services.
