If the Webb site disclaimers are to be taken seriously, no one can successfully complete a search using just the information from their sites. I understand New York City does not have this disclaimer but New York City seems to be the exception. From the standpoint of security for the community and it's citizens it is an unsafe exception but an exception none the less.

I didn't suggest you be excluded from any organization Jonathan. I suggested if you use online sources you should state so in your reports and include any disclaimers provided by your online source. I believe a report that does not identify the source is incomplete.
