I would like to participate in this if possible. I have one question. I was contacted previously by Countrywide for advice in this matter. I do not want to create a conflict of interest. So with that having been said, I would like to ask if either Mr. Davis or Countrywide would have any objection to my participation in this matter. If either party objects, in all fairness to the parties I will recuse myself. If both parties agree to my participation, I will be happy join in the discussion. Please advise.

My opinion would be based on an objective view of the evidence presented by both sides.
