I do witness closings on a regular basis.  My lowest fee is $75 for travel of 20 miles or less, then over 20 miles, $125 up to 50 miles, then more miles than that gets negotiated when they call based on my availability, but usually around 150-200.  PLUS and extra $25 for edocs.  And an extra $40-50 for a piggyback loan.
