Source of Title Forums: Re: notary blacklist?

Hi Kevin,

We have not done much in the way of signings for the past year but as of a year ago I was aware that such a site existed... or was at least said to exist. I never new who kept the site but of course being a notary I was not suppose to know. Do I personally know that it existed? No Do I believe it exists? Yes I do.
