I think it might be good to notify them if you can do it by email. It keeps your name in front of the client. I try to notify all of my clients of changes in fees or Holiday closings at the courthouse. I sometimes find the company has a knew employee who was unaware of our services and suddenly I begin receiving regular orders again.
