seeing I am unaware of many state or federal regulations regarding what
makes a "qualified" abstractor, how can you say that? I know many people out there have little experience and / or give a rip attitude about
the quality of their work product, the company that hires them in the end
determines who is qualified in their eyes. Until that changes, these people
will continue to get the work at bargain basement rates, causing us great
problems.
