THANK YOU FOR THE FACTS    I have personally received
Mtgs. to record that were over 2 weeks after the closing, so some
of the banks, etc., don't really get around to doing it as fast as they might.

I feel the company could simply have had her record the Mtg. when she
returned, but you know, someone had a burr under their backside.
