I agree Pam. It troubles me also this person enters this forum with what appears to be a totally fraudulent and hastily typed name. He or she uses gutter language while at the same time crying out that _you_ are unprofessional. If this is the person you spoke to on the phone, I think it is possible she may have lost her job as a result of the incidence. The unwarranted attack on you was a cowardly attempt at retaliation.

On the other hand it may just be the same jerk who drops in to randomly and rudely attack the members of this forum. You may remember that person. They came in first under phony names to promote an online class under the pretence they had taken the class. When some here responded negatively of their own experience with the book, this same person childishly retailiated under still more phony names.
