couldn't agree more--i should apologize for my "language" or "potty mouth" as you put it earlier....but its attitudes as the one expressed by the person that started this whole "discussion" that make me angry......such narrow minded thinking is what keeps title searchers in the positions that we are in...looked upon as uneducated...like anyone off the street can do it....it's why there is so much DEMAND for us all to have E&O insurance...there ARE TOO MANY people who DO NOT know enough about what they are doing and make stupid mistakes like going out of town without notifying clients!
