And you make it sound so simple--according to YOU--SO WHAT if an intervening lien is filed...no biggie--we'll just have it released--SO WHAT if whomever has been responsible for performing the closing and insuring title hasn't followed the lenders instructions..no big deal--that's what E&O insurance is for...right....you should know that..after all you ARE a lawyer
