ACTUALLY NO ONE ON THIS MESSAGE BOARD TALKS THAT WAY....  YOU OWE PAM AN BIG APPOLOGY.   Obviously, you are not a title searcher.  Sending important documents in the mail BLINDLY is not a professional way of doing business.  There has to correspondence on both ends which should have initiated first from the sender of the documents.  Once we do a search we have no advance knowledge of when the recording will need to be done or even if the search will go to closing.  We have to be told of a recording date in advance before the documents are sent.  That is the usual way do doing business.
