Sounds like a new way to "short" us, and have a vaild reason, (in their
minds) for doing it.  I would say to have your atty. write them a "nice"
letter, make contact with any regulators in N C that might have an interest.
Of course the opposite side of this is that if we get a "late request" to
cover for someone gone on vacation, we should expect an extra $ 100
in the fee.  Ha, Ha
