They are griping and b...... because I think more abstractors are saying no to the bs.  I try to determine whether or not something is assigned to the right county by doing my appraisal work before hand on the internet - but alot of appraisal districts still are not on them - for cities that can be in as much as three different counties - but if you give me the wrong city and wrong county there is nothing I can do except drive there and check and if it is an outer county and you have a turn time of 6-8 hours - I have to go there with just your order if that is all I have at the time - and you are going to pay for it!
