You are right, Lisa. We had a client that routinely sent us out to the wrong locations for title searches. They thought nothing of it, and would send the corrected search order through when we informed them of the mistake. When we explained that this had to stop, and that they had to pay more attention to getting us the correct information up front, they would whine that they are out of state, and had no way of determining if the information their client gave them was correct. On some ocassions there response would be to tell us to try looking in one of the neighboring town halls which we politely refused to do. Finally we started to charge them a $25.00 trip fee when they sent us to a wrong location. It was amazing how fast they started to get us the correct info the first time.
