I agree with you wholeheartedly....even though I am sure David will have the last word...as usual. The fact of the matter is, no one person has full knowledge of every system in every county in every state in this country. Too many times, blanket statements are being made that are going to be taken at face value by some of our customers - with them getting the impression that since a lot of discussion takes place about a particular subject - that gives credence to the point made time and time again. And that influences their decision in what independents they should be using according to the online/not online criteria. To demean another just to uplift oneself is not justified in all cases.  I just want you to know that you do have one person who is in agreement with you.
