Loretta, I agree. If it is done and sent and I have a fax confirmation, they owe me. If they cancel it after 10 am and I am out of the office and it gets done that day, they are going to pay for it. They have my cell phone. They can call and cancel it. If they cancel it before it is done, no bill.
