Oh my the entire state has 600,000 people.  The city of Dallas has more people than that.  How do you stay employed - and I do 8 counties.  Maybe that is why our fees are charged higher than some states.  How would you like to go to a county that represents literally millions of people and go through indexes with the name Smith - lol?
