What I meant to have typed was that the registration form for online access has to be notorized in order to be approved to be able to view records online. I got ahead of myself in my typing. I guess I was misinformed on the July 2006 thing too. So if they dont go online, all they will lose is their technology funding? I can think of a couple of areas that will say something along the lines of "Technology funding? Heck, we dont even use computers" Anywho, sorry for the confusing statement Shannon.
