The problem probably is that most citizens do not know or care that
their information is going overseas.   They are too busy making a living,
having fun, etc..    The same attitude that many have that having to
have a passport to visit Canada or Mexico is no big deal, because IT
will help stop terrorists.  Ha, Ha,   The terrorists had pasports and entered
the U. S. legally.    Only us poor sucker U.S. citizens are pickpocketed
by the govt for passport fees and slowed down at the border.
