I just thought about this David.  What will be considered bulk by email.  How many larger companies will still try to utilize this method without using us to retrieve documents.  How many requests will they or I be able to make by email before it is considered bulk?  We may request a couple per day - but wonder if a title company requests lets say 200 a day - what actually will be considered bulk?  Have you all talked about that?
