I forgot one of my abstracting friends here in Dallas area developed a program they wanted to patent for larger companies but he was going to make the agreement that a version could be made for the smaller abstracting firms at a low cost - since this is actually what he is too.  It literally had green, yellow, red from receipt of the order to the time it was to be turned in along with upon receipt an immediate auto input into the form of the taxing jurisdictions, telephone numbers and addresses.  I need to call and ask him about this.
