Dear Annette - I am going to answer you since no one is.  Could you answer a question first - and I am not being my usual facetious self - what are you talking about?  I think that is why no one is answering - like you are joking with all of us or just don't know what you are doing.  I am going to take you as if you are being sincere and if you can explain yourself further, maybe I can help.  First of all, what do you do for a living and what is the purpose of asking these questions?  Perhaps after I know that, I can help.  Are you asking about abstracting forms perhaps - not abstracting programs?  If they are programs, we abstractors are the programs.  There are no programs to help you with the knowledge and skill of abstracting work.  I want to help you with information if that is what you are looking for and not to ignore you.  If you are wanting to know about learning the trade, please tell us and we will respond to you.
