What is the point of the letters? Who has to write them? How do I
prove the 3 years of experience? What does the $ 100 cover?
Will certification be looked at by firms as being worth anything, more (higher) fees, etc.? Does any liability attach to the organization granting
the certification paper? If not, why would anyone accept it as having any
value?

It seems until the states start issuing licences for the job, like they do for
teachers, lawyers, doctors, any other paper means little.
