My ? exactly.  Maybe I know the business for my state, but 50 miles away,
in another state, the term(s) are different for the same thing, so I'm judged
to be giving a wrong answer.   why the  $ 100 fee?   What does it get me,
besides the opportunity to take the test.   Does certification mean the
sponsoring body is assuming any liablity for saying I'm certified?   Usually
the organization giving certification stands behind that piece of paper?
Just some thoughts about the "process".
