I am leaning toward attending the NALTEA conference in June and have a couple of questions for those in the know.

First, how does the certification process work with regard to abstracting companies employing multiple title searchers?  Can one employee take the exam to certify the entire company?  Our staff includes several experienced title searchers.  I am just a sales manager but have years of search experience and I think I may be able to pass the test.  Also, if nobody from our company is able to attend, will there be an opportunity to take the exam and become certified remotely in the near future?

I am also curious as to what variety of vendors will be present at the vendors fair.

I look forward to the possibility of meeting some of the interesting people whose postings (both informative and entertaining) I have read since we signed on with SOT.  Any enlightenment re the above concerns will be appreciated.
