  I have been playing around with the online version of quickbooks on a 30 day free trial. It is pretty nice, many more features than the old version. I like the idea of having it online, mostly because it is less expensive than the program. However, the online version does not have the purchase order feature. We are now using the purchase order to send our abstractors their instructions in the Mas 90 system. When the order is completed, we post it to an invoice, and pay them. It cuts out a complete step in the process. 
  I am thinking we may have to purchase the software, even though it will set us back $1500 for enough users for our in office researchers. Is that how you use the program?
