Do you want to buy it?  Make an offer.  Most time shares around here go for anywhere from $7500 to $12,000 depending on the week and the building they are in and what end of the beach they are at.  The south end is the tourist end and the north end is the quiet residential end.  And yes there is a fee to trade depending on the area you trade to.
