I agree Lisa, I have a couple of customers that want only the
deed and open mortgages, no judgments OR taxes, and they pay
less for that type of search.  I don't ask why, but I do keep a copy
of the order which states exactly what they do and don't want. If
there is a problem later, I have proof that they only ordered what
I gave them.
