This is our policy as well.We have had requests for "limited" searches where they did not want us to report tax liens or judgments. When I told the client we would report any we found regardless, she replied, "But we don't want them". I told her they could delete them from their report to their client if they wished but they would always appear in ours.

I think it would be a dangerous practice to do otherwise. Wouldn't this be similar to asking an appraiser not to report a roof that was about to cave in?
