Scott,   You must realize that the faxes are sent by an "auto faxer" and
no one has to dial the darn thing.   Yes, it does cost us mucho $$$$, but
they don't give a rip.   If it's an 800 #, I send it back 2-3 times, with big
bold magic marker   "Received" printe on it.  They still resend again.
