We are set up the same way Scott. I do searches also but not until the afternoon when the office calms down. David does the majority of the searches and I am marketing and keep the clients happy. We have discovered an incredible pool of helpers. Our daughter is a teacher and we have trained her and a one other teacher to do simple things and it has been terrific. They have an opportunity to supplement their income, they are highly intelligent and no interest in becoming our competitors. We also have a 76 year old retired woman doing some computer input work... supplements her measly social security and she loves having something to do. We have been having a problem with a much larger "statewide" company "in our area trying to take our clients so I can not say how large we are but we are busy AND we love what we do... we are blessed in so many ways. It is a matter of public record on SOT that we cover 5 counties.
