I have not gotten a response from Complete, and as they are listed on the SOT directory and have updated as late as May...I was wondering about giving them a negative rating--I'd actually sent them an e-mail saying I would do so if I didn't hear from them or rec. pymnt.    I have not done it  yet as I like to give one the benefit of the doubt and really don't wish to trash a company if they are having problems and may be real slow to pay.  But they don't seem to be making any attempt to pay nor give me any explanation.  The money they owe me actually dates back to January.  I'd like to know the ramifications of posting a negative rating, and Complete, please contact me if there is a problem!!  You don't respond to my emails or phone msgs!
