The Board did approve the test and it was reviewed prior to the meeting.  It would have been nice to have a little more time to do that, and perhaps we should have waited until the next conference.  However, the feedback we got from the experience in Virginia Beach was much needed to make the necessary improvements.

The Board will be discussing the certification, along with a list of other topics, on our next conference call.  I think there are some adjustments that need to be made.  From the Board's perspective, it is necessary to have a tough certification program that will mean something to the rest of the industry, especially the E&O carriers to get a discounted rate.

Maybe we need to combine our certification test, with more training and workshops at the conferences.  Education is very important, maybe we need to further develop our education programs in order to support the certification process.
