Actually a national listing would be $2,999.00/year.  We offer up to 300 counties with the free listings, to go beyond that you must upgrade to an enhanced listing.  The rates can be found at /service_info.aspx.  I realize that this seems expensive, however when you compare it to $99 for 5 counties ($19.80 per county), it is a much better rate at less than $1.00 per county.
