A platform for arbitration seems like an excellent idea. I think that NALTEA may be a more proper venue than SOT. In becoming a member of NALTEA, a company is already agreeing to adhere to a code of ethics. Any future renewal or application to NALTEA, once the arbitration process is in place, could include implicit agreement to the arbitration process. Refusal to abide could include suspension from NALTEA until amends are made. Since the decision would be made by some sort of review board, slander is less likely to be an issue. This could give the process some teeth. Excellent idea, Mr. Toney.
