It must be very frightening for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Who could blame you if you were sensitive at this point?

I am not going through anything like you are but I had come to the same conclusion after reading some of these posts as things seemed to be getting out of hand. But I do like Lin's suggestion of an open arbitration.
