Mr. Shoemaker has stated his willingness to present his evidence. So now it is up to Mr. Davis to answer.

Kevin, I would have no objection to your participation on any ethical grounds, as long as you feel there is no conflict of interest. After all this is merely an opportunity for everyone involved in these accusations and counter accusations to set the record straight with evidence, rather that the he said -he said discussion that has upset so many members.

If people are willing to take this idea seriously it could open a whole new arbitration system that could be a vital element in the growth of SOT. Or if SOT does not wish to participate, some other entity could be formed for arbitration in these matters.
